Unesco, Scotland link

Scotland is linking up with Unesco, the United Nations' educational agency, to highlight the problems faced by those who are "marginalised in education". A recent seminar, involving Unesco, Learning and Teaching Scotland and the Scottish Qualifications Authority, resolved to focus on the 72 million children who are out of school worldwide.
