Unfair dismissal

A Kent maths teacher who was sacked for drinking and playing verbally sexually explicit games on a school trip has been vindicated after a tribunal decided that she was unfairly dismissed. Samantha Burmis, 39, was found to have suffered sexual harassment and racist abuse at Aylesford School. She called this week for the resignation of the school's board of governors.
