UNISON, the biggest union representing college support staff, has signed a five-year deal with Greenwich Council to provide Return to Learn courses for around 500 of its 13,000 staff. The programme will offer staff, particularly low-paid and part-time employees, literacy, numeracy and communication skills with opportunities for follow-on study.
