Unqualified ire

The Government would like the public to believe it wants the highest standards for their children in schools funded by their taxes, then allows unqualified non-teachers to be responsible and take lessons alone - which is a complete outrage. The NUT should have taken strike action to stop the Government from giving children thousands of third-class lessons.
