Vasectomy bid

A village school of 90 pupils and four teachers will offer a free vasectomy during an auction on Sunday in a move to raise money to avert staff cutbacks. Buckland Primary School in Buckland, Oxfordshire, has to find Pounds 10, 000 for the next financial year. A local GP, Simon Cartwright, whose two children attend the school, has offered to carry out the Pounds 130 operation.
