Imnotdutch: "People who have experienced the world a bit seem to handle the adversities of the job better. They appreciate that they have a great job with a decent wage. And they don't seem to mind working beyond 3pm as much!"

Sunblest: "I think it's often a good thing to be 'the bottom of someone else's pile' before you start bossing kids around."
