Watch out Nigella and Jamie

CALYPSO chicken and Mexican chimichangas are expected to be on the menu as eight of the best school chefs in the country this month vie for the title of school chef of the year. The competition, in Birmingham on Tuesday, will judge entrants' creations on taste, texture, presentation and ability to replicate en masse. Chefs are expected to produce a main course and dessert for less than 80p.
