Welcome gym and vitamin d

You've probably noticed how many fads and fashions there are in education - the latest way to teach reading, value-led curricula, new ideas from behaviour management gurus, and tricks to maximise learning. One of these, Brain Gym, has been discussed in the media a lot recently, and online on www.tes.co.uk. Like many trends, Brain Gym has been a mystery to me, so I was fascinated to read our feature this month - and there seems toJbe some common sense in it. See page 10, and tell us what you think.
