As world leaders met in Copenhagen to discuss how to tackle the threat of climate change, a college renowned for its wine-making courses found the bright side. Christopher Foss, head of wine studies at Plumpton College in Sussex, said higher temperatures helped English vineyards. "We are benefiting from a global disaster. It seems horrible, inappropriate, but that's how it is," he said.
