Wellbeing resource

14th August 2009 at 01:00

The Assembly government has launched a new CD-Rom resource to help schools to promote healthy eating and wellbeing.

Wales's 22 local authorities were sent a copy of the pack, which includes reward charts and certificates, healthy eating posters and factsheets, fun activities and useful web links. It is part of the government's Appetite for Life Action Plan, which was launched in 2007 and sets out the actions needed to improve nutrition throughout the school day.
