Welsh couch potatoes taskforce

A taskforce to stop the Welsh turning into a nation of couch potatoes had its first meeting last week.

Chaired by Welsh education secretary Rosemary Butler, the group will look at waysof strengthening PE and sport in schools, especially among older primary children. Inspectors have expressed particular concern about this age group.
