All-in-one suits are helping children at a West Sussex primary school to play outside whatever the weather.

Hassocks Infant School, near Burgess Hill, has spent #163;260 on 20 suits which, together with existing wet weather gear, allow a whole class to play outside together.

Head Jeannie Hughes said: "Our children play outside and learn outside every day. We go along with the view that there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing."

The school has won a Learning Outside the Classroom Award in the South East for its work. hw.
