Who's up for an award this year?

11th March 2005 at 00:00
For the busy teacher, the Education Resources Awards provide a short-cut to sifting through the best resources of the past year. Created by the British Educational Suppliers Association (BESA), the awards recognise quality and innovation across the range of teaching resources.

Ray Barker, director of BESA, says the range of resources and companies involved is one of the great strengths of the awards: "The Education Resources Awards are the only awards that highlight the quality and diversity of educational products and resources, excellent educational establishments and the most dedicated members of the teaching profession and supplies industry."

All the shortlisted resources will be showcased on the BESA stand and the winners will be announced at a ceremony at Aston Villa Football Club after the second day of the show. The shortlist by category is: Special education
