A NEW website and a set of online superheroes are the latest weapons in the war to get children interested in environmental issues. Characters including Mighty Oak and the Conkerer are promoting National Tree Week through a website which includes a teachers' activity pack. The week runs from November 21 and will promote tree planting, management and care. For details, see www.nationaltreeweek.co.uk
