SCHOOLS minister David Miliband appears to be learning to live with the references to his youthful, fresh-faced looks. So much so that the schools minister, otherwise known as Harry Potter, was big enough to offer some advice to the next potential victim. At 43, Mary Bousted was "extremely young" to be the ATL's new general secretary, he said. But she should not worry until she was referred to as "Year 8 in a suit".
