Youth scheme paves way to employment

A pilot scheme to help 16 and 17-year-olds into employment has been launched by the Assembly government. The #163;900,000 plan will offer 180 job opportunities in deprived areas of south and west Wales for six months, providing young people with new skills and structured work experience.
