Five youths arrested after a 13-year-old schoolgirl was thought to have killed herself because of alleged bullying have been charged under the 1997 Protection from Harassment Act, the new anti-stalking law. Kelly Yeomans was found dead, apparently from an overdose, at her home in Derby in September. A 15-year-old girl has also been charged with threatening behaviour.
