As the first independent training provider to claim the flagship prize of overall provider at this year’s TES FE Awards, we have been both thrilled and humbled by the support and recognition we’ve received. We’re honoured to have our hard work so comprehensively recognised in the sector and we hope we can build on this success through further collaboration with partners and industry for the benefit of both learners and employers.
The wide exposure for our local community work that the awards have brought us has been a great inspiration for our already determined and ambitious team. Their renewed energy and enthusiasm has rubbed off on to our students as the awards add such credibility to our programmes and enhance the student experience and chances of future success. It is also very encouraging to see how our awards helped to highlight the great work that third sector providers deliver. Training delivered by the third sector complements the wider offer of our local colleges and provides an alternative route into learning and work for those who need it.
‘Building on our success’
As the job market and digital landscape continues to rapidly change, we now move forward to thinking more strategically about ELATT’s core objectives and how we can continue to develop the profile and recognition that our TES FE awards have brought us. We’ve created practical and meaningful training that we full-heartedly believe in - now it’s time to get more students, partners and businesses on board to make 2017 even more memorable.
