In this week’s episode of the Tes FE podcast, Nigel Duncan, principal and chief executive of Fareham College in Hampshire, chats with Tes columnist and podcast host Sarah Simons about the new phenomemon of pop-up colleges. 

Fareham College’s Civil Engineering Training Centre (or CETC) sprung up on the site of an old aircraft hangar to meet a short-term need in the local labour market. Mr Duncan shares his tips on how to successfully offer pop-up provision at colleges.
