Sarah also talks to two FE leaders who have embarked on an international shadowing project, Peter Mayhew-Smith, Principal of Kingston and Carshalton College and his counterpart, Patterson Patricio de Souza, a Professor and Director from a large college in the state of Minas Gerais, in Brazil.
