Rosslyn primary in Nottingham is the only school to stand out against the national curriculum tests. Despite threats of disciplinary action by the Government, the primary has refused to conduct the tests since 1994.

It and St Laurence primary in Cambridge, which has refused to submit its results, will be the only two not to appear in next week’s primary league tables.
