SCHOOL bullies who use text messages to terrorise their victims face serious punishment and even expulsion under new measures to tackle the growing phenomenon. Updated Government guidance on bullying, to be issued next month, officially acknowledges the problem for the first time after statistics showed that up to 100,000 children a year are being harassed via their mobile phones.
