The renowned Dr Edward de Bono (right). who coined the term “lateral thinking”. and Professor Robert Fisher of Brunel University will take part in an online event for headteachers and senior schooL managers later this month. Run by the NationaL CoLlege for SchooL Leadership, Dr de Bono wiLl post a discussion paper and answer questions while Professor Fisher will host a “hot seaf on Leadership issues involved in the management of thinking skills. The event is open to the 6,000 heads registered with the Talking Heads community and the 7,000 National Professional Qualification for Headship candidates using the Virtual Heads community.
