(Photograph) - Time to reflect: pupils experiment with mirrors at the festival’s popular Techniquest exhibition. Techniquest is a travelling roadshow of practicals that aims to introduce primary children to scientific concepts through play. Other challenges included analysing the colours in a Smartie and using building blocks to construct a structurally-sound arch. The exhibition was developed by the Techniquest museum in Cardiff and run by Setpoint Devon and Cornwall, an information service for science, engineering, technology and maths initiatives
