Tobacco from the lolly man

ICE cream vans are used to sell illegal cigarettes to schoolchildren, it emerged this week. When customs officers seized 70,000 smuggled cigarettes and 18.5 kilo of tobacco during raids in Ayrshire, Lanarkshire and Glasgow, they found two ice cream vans with illegal cigarettes parked outside secondary schools.
