An enquiry on the TES website’s forum: “I started my first teaching job recently and wanted to ask if there are any laws on teachers being allowed toilet breaks.” A reply from another teacher: “Surely your school supplies you with a fixed catheter!” Another suggests: “Nappy training would solve the problem. We could just open bladder and bowels whenever the need arose!” Now that is what we call a flexible workforce.
