I took leave of my senses this week and, listening to the voices in my head, decided I should apply for a job as executive director of a local LSC.
Along comes the application pack, including a letter from Noorzaman Rashid, managing director of Norman Broadbent.
In it, he explains, “shortlisted candidates will also be required to meet with the LSC psychologist.”
The session, he explains, will last about two and a half hours and includes an interview as well as completion of two “personality questionnaires.”
Enough said.
