Pupils thinking of a career in tourism, or simply studying its role in the Scottish economy, can now acquire two interactive CD-Roms on the industry.
The first, Talkabout Scotland, provides information, video footage and exercises linked to curriculum subjects such as economics, maths, geography and social studies, and uses interactive case studies to explore Scottish culture, heritage and the environment. The second, Welcome Host Xtra, is designed for schools signed up for the Welcome Host for Schools customer service training programme.
