Work has begun on Hartlepool College’s pound;51 million town centre site. The college, one of the 13 to receive capital money from the LSC last year to start building work, says that the 19,000m2 building will include a centre for 14- to 19-year-old students. Phase one of the building, designed by Bond Bryan architects and built by Miller Construction, is due for completion in September next year with the building to be fully completed by June 2012.
