A transgender teacher suffered discrimination and victimisation at the hands of Brighton and Hove City Council, an employment tribunal has found. It ordered the council to pay nearly pound;35,000 to the teacher after her former manager at the council sent a secret fax to a recruitment agency, disclosing her gender reassignment.
