As part of TES’s A Teaching Moment in Time project, teachers across the globe will share a moment from their day on 12 September. Ahead of this experiment, we have been asking teachers to share the most memorable moment of their career to date.

When a full-scale swarm of bees got into the corridors of the secondary where I was teaching. You should have heard the screams.

@Sue_Cowley

Falling up the stairs in assembly in front of my entire year group. Mortified!

@ejsharris23

A student lighting a spray from a deodorant can near velvet curtains in a mobile classroom. All were OK.

@bakermcclure

Collapsing with an anxiety attack in front of Year 9 and then leaving school in an ambulance in my NQT year. Great fun.

@danpo_.
