If you want to see things from a bug-eyed point of view, then the Backyard Monsters exhibition at Manchester’s Museum of Science and Industry is the place to go. The display of gigantic, automated insects is billed as “the creepy, crawly, slimyway to have fun” while finding out about the way insects live.
