Uniform plan could aid family budgets

Secondary schools should consider matching their uniforms to those of their feeder primaries so pupils can re-use their clothes and help their parents save money, according to Welsh Government guidance. An updated school uniform guidance document, being distributed to governors, also suggests schools could encourage the sale of good-quality second-hand uniforms at parents’ evenings or other events.
