Bishop Grosseteste University College in Lincoln and Leeds Metropolitan University have become the first to announce that they will not charge maximum tuition fees of #163;9,000 a year. The bill for BA courses at Bishop Grosseteste will be #163;7,500, while Leeds Metropolitan has revealed plans to charge #163;8,500 for its undergraduate degrees.
