The accompanying pictorial shot implies a lovely rural idyll, focusing on Dunottar Castle perched on its clifftop looking majestically out to sea. It invites potential applicants to “enjoy the view from the top”.
Surely the council can’t be inviting comparisons with a crumbling ruin?
