Secondary and FE teachers are invited to turn an educational dream into reality by entering the Heinemann Inspiration Challenge. There are prizes of pound;2,500 for the teacher in each sector who provides the best idea for an activity that will fire students’ imaginations.
Suggestions already made include taking a party to Alton Towers to study the physics of roller coasters or visiting Paris or Milan with a textiles class to explore international fashion. You will need to condense your vision into less than 200 words. The closing date is June 18 and the challenge must be carried out by December 31.
