Volleyball is flourishing in Glasgow under development officer Iain Grubb, Scotland’s international captain, and Kelvin Hall will host its annual schools’ national festival tomorrow, February 6.

“The event has proved so popular that we have had to restrict entris to 45 teams,” says Mr Grubb.

Glasgow will also hold an in-service course for primary school teachers, conducted by Mr Grubb and Rona Brodie, Team Sport Scotland Co-ordinator for the Scottish Volleyball Association, at Scotstoun on February 7 and 14.
