Altman Technologies’ intelligent print management system, Pcounter, targets one of the biggest problems for educational organisations: waste.

After implementing the software, Inverness College achieved a 90 per cent reduction in paper and toner waste, the company reports.

Newly released is the company’s email filtering and management system which blocks viruses, spam and offensive email, so saving time, says managing director Mark Altman. “Schools are an easy target. Recent statistics show that three-quarters of email sent to schools is unsolicited.”
