Welsh schools share pound;13m for repairs;In Brief

THE WELSH Assembly will allocate pound;13.3 million for maintaining and repairing school buildings, Education Secretary Rosemary Butler announced this week. She said about 400 schools would benefit this year, with The Vale of Glamorgan, Cardiff, Rhondda Cynon Taff and Powys education authorities receiving the most funding.
