* OFSTED - worries about inspections top the list of most frequent calls * Increased workloads and the knock-on effect this has on home life and personal relationships * Class-size - teachers feeling that they cannot do the job properly because of high pupil numbers * Pupils’ unruly behaviour and fear of assault from both pupils and parents * Relationship difficulties with colleagues and bullying by other staff.
