Who’d credit it?

Who is responsible for those whole-page adverts in o reminding us to spend our curriculum online learning credits?

Is this a good use of money, or an example of the 4Cs: a complete cock-up in co-ordinating school coffers? If the system were less complicated and the communication better, these ads would not have been needed.

It is no surprise that the Department for Education and Skills’

administration costs came to pound;238m last year.
