Abottle of Champagne goes to the FErret reader who can guess when the Learning and Skills Council will actually finish work on its much-hyped new website - launched on July 15.
The “channels” labelled “youth” and “adult learner” - aimed at the ultimate customers of Britain’s largest quango - still aren’t up and running. The prize will go to the reader who gets closest to the date when either the youth or adult channel goes live. So there’s no need to specify which one you are going for. But one only, please!
