Teenagers in Ryde on the Isle of Wight are to learn how to eat healthily - and on a budget.

Barnardo’s is running a 10-week course aimed at all teenagers, but particularly those planning to live independently. It starts in October and is part of a health education project called Sphere, based at Ryde high school. The children’s charity is looking for volunteers to help teach the classes one evening a week at Park Centre, Oakfield.

For details contact the Sphere office on 01983 616607.
