Why arrive at work stressed from driving when you can cycle and get fit in the process? We have two adult bikes, worth pound;500 each, and helmets to give away, courtesy of Cycling England.

The Crossroads Comp bikes, made by Specialized, focus on giving users a comfortable ride, and are available in both men’s and women’s versions.

And while you’re setting such a good example, why not encourage your pupils to cycle too? April 24-28 is Bike to School Week. Not only is cycling fun, but young people can improve their health and fitness, help their family reduce the petrol bill, and do their bit for the environment. For more information on Bike to School Week, visit www.bikeforall.net, which has tips on cycling to school, training and safe routes.

For your chance to win a top of the range bike, just answer this question: how many children say they would like to cycle to school: a) one in three, or b) one in a thousand?

Mark your answers bike and send them on a postcard to the TES address or by email to friday@tes.co.uk. Remember to include your name and contact details. Entries close April 27.
