The Chorus tells the story of a new teacher at a reform school in post war France who finds hidden talents in his young pupils when he forms a choir.

Nominated for Best Foreign film at last year’s Oscars, it was also the highest grossing French film of 2004.

The DVD, including a 72-minute documentary on the making of the film, is available from Pathe Distribution Ltd to rent and buy, rrp pound;19.99, and to rent on VHS, from July 11, and we have five copies to give away.
