Four paperbacks are being published at pound;1 in a limited World Book Day edition: The Gruffalo Song by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler for under-fives, Little Wolf’s Postbag by Ian Whybrow and Cloud Wolf by Paul Stewart and Chris Riddell for primary pupils, and Shop Dead by Kate Cann for secondary readers. Packs include ideas for events for the big day (March 1) and Bedtime Reading Week (February 26 to March 4), a list of Super Reads and activity ideas, photocopiable worksheets from educational publishers, and a desgn-a-book-token competition.
