The World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) has launchedan online forum to encourage students to debatebusiness and environmental issues in the aviation industry with airline and WWF experts. Schools which registerfor the forum receive free sample materials from theIn the Air, On the Ground pack (reviewed on page 24) and are also eligible for a national scholarship schemeaimed at post-16 students of economics, gegraphyand general studies, supported by the QCA andDepartment of Environment, Transport and the Regions. Winning students will receive cash prizes and residential training at Gatwick or Heathrow. The online forum takes place from November 12 to December 15, and final entry for the scholarship scheme is February 19.
