The Executive is to double the amount of money available for its Determined to Succeed policy on enterprise education, designed to encourage a “can-do” attitude in pupils.
Jim Wallace, Lifelong Learning Minister, announced on Tuesday at the beginning of UK Enterprise Week that another pound;44 million is available for the two years from 2006-08. This is on top of pound;44 million committed for 2003-06, pound;2 million of which comes from the Hunter Foundation.
