It seems to me that the Year 6 Sats sat in 2001 were the same tests that Year 7 pupils sat at the same time.

Our school became aware of this when trying to order the 2001 tests to use as part of our preparation for the 2002 tests. We were informed that the Year 6 tests were no longer available but that the same Year 7 tests could be purchased from the QCA.

Have any reasonsnbsp; been given for asking Year 6 and Year 7 pupils to sit the same test and whether the same tests will be provided for Year 6 and Year 7 pupils this year?
