North Berwick High, winners of the inaugural Bell Lawrie Scottish Schools' Under-15 Cup two seasons ago, have been drawn at home to George Heriot's in the third round of this season's senior competition.

It is an intriguing tie, with many of the under-15 squad now in the senior team and George Heriot's being the first winners of the senior cup in 1983-84.

In another outstanding third round tie, Merchiston Castle will play George Watson's College in an all-Edinburgh match.

Third round matches have to be played by mid-November.
